This is called a Semla! It's a traditional cake that swedes eat in February. (My post is a tad bit late, but better late than never) This is my office celebrating Fat Tuesday.
If anyone is interested to find out more about Fat Tuesday. It's also a time to enjoy oneself before the 40 days of lent. That's what is said on this site. =)
